Childbirth Classes

May 11, 2016, the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center will have an Express Childbirth Session class from 5:30 pm - 8 pm. The Express class highlights important information about childbirth, comfort measures, interventions and breastfeeding - in a condensed version.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a floor mat and pillow. Light snacks are provided.
